Affinity™ Surfaces Warranty Information

Affinity Solid Surface is a premium surfacing material backed by a 10-year product warranty. This warranty program provides you as the consumer certain quality assurance standards for the Affinity line. To be eligible for the 10-year product warranty, your fabricator or kitchen and bath dealer must be a registered Professional Fabricator Installer (PFI) of Affinity solid surface material, showing that they have gone through rigorous training and qualifying them as skilled fabricators.

How To Initiate Your Warranty

In order for your new Affinity™ Surfaces Countertop to be registered for the 10-year limited warranty, you must activate your warranty within 60 days of the countertop or surfacing material being installed.

1.  When placing an order, ask your fabricator or kitchen and bath dealer if they are registered Professional Fabricator Installers (PFI's) of Affinity Solid Surface.

2.  Request from your countertop professional a warranty registration form. Fill out the form completely (found below) and mail it back. Once received by Domain Industries, your warranty will take effect.

What Does The 10 Year Warranty Cover?

Domain Industries, manufacturer of Affinity™ Solid Surface warrants to the original purchaser in the U.S. and Canada that Affinity Surface shall be free from manufacturing defects in the material under normal use and service, for ten years from the date of installation.

Domain Industries will provide a refund of the Professional Fabricator Installer's (PFI's) original material cost, or replacement material for product failures due to manufacturing defects during the 10 years following initial installation.
